Defibrillators

The health and safety of those travelling through the Port is paramount. Portsmouth was the first port in the UK to offer life-saving assistance to anyone suffering a heart attack while travelling and defibrillators are available throughout the Port.

Volunteers from across the Port community, including the ferry companies, stevedores and support staff, have been trained in their use following a Department of Health programme.
