DOCKYARD PORT OF PORTSMOUTH – RECOVERY OF ADRIFT CRAFT.

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that responsibility for the safe mooring of privately owned vessels within or without the confines of the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth lies with the owner of the vessel.

  2. Any vessel breaking adrift and recovered by the Queens Harbour Master will be subject to a lien and not released until such time as an undertaking is signed in which the owner agrees to meet the Ministry of Defence costs.
