Terminal and port facilities

Welcome back to the port

The terminal building has now re-opened to passengers. The shop and the cafe are open for busier sailings.

To protect you and our staff we’ve put special measures in place across the port. Find out more.

We also ask that you continue to wear a face covering in the terminal building, to protect our staff and other passengers.

Shop

Ceanos convenience store has now reopened within the terminal, and is open to coincide with busier sailings.

The store stocks a wide range of essential travel items, alongside snacks and beverages. Hot drinks are also available.

Food and drink

Ceanos cafe is now open to coincide with busier sailings. Based in the upstairs area of the terminal in comfortable surrounding.

It also has an open air terrace, where you can watch the comings and goings of the ships and ferries.

Internet access

Free wi-fi is available, just search for 'MyCity Wifi' in the terminal building.

Baby changing

We have a parent/baby changing room available for use.

First Aid and Defibrillators

Defibrillators are available throughout the port, and first aid trained staff are always available.

Pets at the port

Pets are not allowed in the terminal building, with the exception of guide dogs.

Electric car charging

The port has two Instavolt 50kW DC electric vehicle (EV) rapid charging stations, situated opposite the terminal building. The stations offer simple, contactless payment with no connection charge and no subscription - just tap your payment card to start the charge and pay for what you use.
