Freight drivers must check in at least two hours prior to sailing.
For your personal protection you must wear High Visibility clothing whenever you leave your vehicle.
The speed limit within Portsmouth International Port is 20mph unless stated otherwise.
Road Traffic Laws apply within the port.
Mobile phones must NOT be used when driving in the port.
All vehicles entering the Restricted Area are liable to security checks and may be subject to search. Whilst it is recognised that this may be an inconvenience, drivers appreciate the measures put in place by government legislation in an effort to ensure that travelling on an international ferry is a safe form of transport. The whole of Portsmouth International Port is a security area, so carry your identity papers at all times. Do not bring any passengers into the Port without prior notification from your company and on no account bring in hitchhikers.
There are shower facilities at the Port, along with a café & shop inside the terminal building. There is a driver's diner located in the restricted area.
